Busy is good!

I titled this entry Busy Is Good because I mean just that, or maybe I am trying to convince myself that busy is good. In the past two weeks at Blackline we have signed a major contract with wrestling super star Shad Gaspard to develop and publish a graphic novel from a screen play adaption he and Marc Copani wrote together.

I have to say that this is quite exciting and as I am very thrilled to be a part of such a project, the amount of work that is on the horizon to see this through to the end is nothing short of amazing. We managed to land a very talented artist for this project and will be announcing him along with other details in the next couple days.

Also we are in negotiations to sign two more projects and hopefully will have these deals completed by late next week. I am not at liberty to discuss the details on these other projects just yet, but believe me you are going to love them both.

On another note Blackline is also working hard on a venture to bring creators a terrific deal on printing. Our intentions are to offer printing services to all creators of great comics, not just Blackline contracted titles that will be hard for competitors to beat. Can you say low print runs with extremely low printing costs? I will hopefully be able to divulge more information on this deal in the very near future.
